Are you thinking about selling your home? Harbor
City can design a marketing plan to achieve your goals. For most
homeowners, we offer two options:
- Full-Service Seller Representation.
This
service is intended for clients that are highly motivated to sell
their home as fast as possible. In addition to listing the property
for sale on the residential MLS system, Harbor City develops and
executes a comprehensive marketing plan for your home.
- Limited Service Seller Representation
with MLS Listing. This service is intended for those
clients who do not necessarily need to sell their home quickly,
but do want to start marketing their property on the residential
MLS system. In exchange for a reduction of Harbor City’s
commission, you agree to reduce the scope of services that you
expect Harbor City to provide. Below find Harbor City's current
