Chris is the owner and Broker-in-Charge of Harbor City Real Estate Advisors, LLC. He was raised in Long Island, New York and is a graduate of Holy Cross College (B.A., magna cum laude, 1993) and Harvard Law School (J.D., cum laude, 1996). He is a member of the CCIM Institute and a holder of its Certified Commercial Investment Member designation. He is also a member (on inactive status) of both the New York and South Carolina bar associations. Chris actively brokers both residential and commercial real estate transactions. He also supervises a small team of real estate agents. Chris is an active real estate investor and has significant experience rezoning properties to their highest and best use. Prior to founding Harbor City in 2004, Chris practiced law for 8 years in New York City and Charleston. As a lawyer, he had the opportunity to represent a broad spectrum of parties involved in real estate transactions.

of the Commercial Investment Division of the Charleston Trident
Association of Realtors. He has previously served as a planning
commissioner on the Town of Mount Pleasant Planning Commission and
as a member of the Town’s Commercial Corridor Design Review
