Chris is the owner and Broker-in-Charge of Harbor City Real Estate Advisors, LLC. Chris actively brokers both residential and commercial real estate transactions. He also supervises a team of real estate agents. He is an active real estate investor and has significant experience rezoning properties to their highest and best use.

Chris was raised in Massapequa, New York. He is a graduate of Holy Cross College (B.A., magna cum laude, 1993) and Harvard Law School (J.D., cum laude, 1996). He has held the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation since 2004. He is also a member (on inactive status) of both the New York and South Carolina bar associations.

Prior to founding Harbor City in 2004, Chris practiced law for 8 years in New York City and Charleston. As a lawyer, he had the opportunity to represent a broad spectrum of parties involved in real estate transactions.

Chris is actively involved in the community. In 2009, he served as President of the Commercial Investment Division of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors. He has previously served as a planning commissioner on the Town of Mount Pleasant Planning Commission and as a member of the Town’s Commercial Corridor Design Review Board.

Chris is married to Ann Goulding Cunniffe and they reside in Mount Pleasant, SC.
