TONY ZAFFINO

Tony grew up in North Carolina where he attended college at NC State in Raleigh. He graduated in 1994 with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Economics.

Tony has been involved in the real estate business since 1996 when he began investing in real estate in Charlotte, NC. As a general contractor and broker, he was involved full-time in the purchasing, renovation, marketing, sales, and property management of real estate in the Charlotte area before relocating to the Charleston area. A broker since 2002, Tony holds real estate licenses in both NC and SC. He and his wife reside in Mt. Pleasant and his wife attends medical school at MUSC.

Having represented himself and others in many types of transactions, Tony understands the value that broker representation can offer a client looking to buy or sell property.
