SUZY TORRES

The home buying experience is one that involves patience, understanding, knowledge, and excitement. Whether in Charleston or any of its surrounding communities, I would be honored to be the person that helps you make one of the single most important decisions of your life.

I have 6 years experience investing in residential real estate and 9 years of mortgage banking experience. This experience includes service, sales, and underwriting of residential mortgages. I have been giving, and plan to continue to give, 100% of my attention to the Charleston area real estate market.

In addition to my experience I am very involved within my community. I have recently joined the Junior League of Charleston, an organization of service oriented women who serve their community through volunteer work and fundraising.

In May of 2006, I moved to the Charleston area from Columbus, Ohio. The move was a transfer with JPMorgan Chase as an Account Executive. I am currently enjoying my life with my husband Joe, of 3 years, my daughter Lexi Lynn, and our 3 dogs in Summerville. We fell in love with Charleston and its history. Immediately, we knew this was the place we were going to spend the rest of our life.
