Michael was born and raised in Dublin, Ohio and is a graduate of Ohio University (B.A., cum laude, 1999) where he attended school on a golf scholarship. Michael has a solid network for debt & equity funding for commercial real estate projects across the United States and Caribbean where he actively works for clients involved in acquisitions, refinances, construction, and lender workouts. Prior to joining Harbor City in 2011, Michael was a partner in a development company with numerous commercial projects in Ohio, South Carolina and Arizona, along with a resort in the Bahamas. Michael specializes in brokering large commercial transactions to institutional investors.

Michael is married to Pilar Reardon and has a son named Patrick. He resides with his family in Charleston, SC on Daniel Island.
