Katie Donohoe grew up near Florence, South Carolina before moving to Mount Pleasant in 1998. She graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Horticulture. She has owned and operated her landscape design and installation business since 1999.

Katie began investing in real estate in 2000 and realizes the importance of having representation when buying and selling properties. Upon obtaining her real estate license, she realized that by combining her real estate career with her landscaping background she could offer unique services to her clients.
